General provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of visitors and guests of Boutique Farm Hrovat (hereinafter: the provider). By using the website and submitting a reservation, the guest confirms that he/she fully agrees with the stated terms.

2. Offer

Boutique Farm Hrovat offers accommodation, experiences and other services listed on the website. The provider reserves the right to change the content and prices without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€). Prices are valid on the day of the reservation. The provider reserves the right to obvious typographical errors or price changes due to changed business conditions.

4. Reservations

• A 100% prepayment of the full amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the transfer.
• The guest receives an electronic confirmation of the reservation.

5. Cancellation conditions

The guest may cancel the reservation under the following conditions:

• 14 or more days before arrival: 100% refund of the paid amount.
• Between 14 and 2 days before arrival: 50% refund of the paid amount.
• Within 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show: 0% refund.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the provider.

6. Arrival and departure

• The guest must adhere to the arrival and departure times stated at the time of booking.
• Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund.

7. Responsibility

• The guest is obliged to respect the house rules and handle the equipment with care.
• In the event of damage, the guest is responsible for reimbursement of the costs of repair or replacement.
• The provider is not liable for loss or damage to the guest’s personal belongings, except in the case of gross negligence on the part of the provider.

8. Protection of personal data

The provider collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation, communicating with guests and fulfilling legal obligations. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law. The processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and the GDPR.

9. Right to change

Boutique Farm Hrovat reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions are effective from the moment of publication on the website. We recommend that guests review them before booking.

10. Dispute resolution

At Boutique Farm Hrovat, we strive to resolve misunderstandings through understanding and dialogue. If an amicable agreement is not possible, the court in Celje has jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
